POLYMER BASED TILE GROUT IN DIFFERENT COLOURS
CC tile grout is a polymer based cementitious tile joint filler used in filling gaps
and levels itself to give hard wearing, non-dusting tile joints
Usage

PRIMARY USE
To provide smooth water-resistant hard wearing tile joints.

TYPICAL APPLICATION
As a tile joint filler in domestic floor and wall tiles of domestic and other commercial establishments, laboratories, bakeries, super markets, showrooms,
hospitals etc.

DIRECTION FOR USE
Add 3 to 3 ½ parts CC tile grout to one part of water by volume. Mix to a smooth consistency. Let the paste stand for 15 minutes before using.

Apply the paste to the tile joints with a sponge/squeeze trowel. Remove surplus CC tile grout with a dump sponge.

Allow, 24 hours for the filling to dry. Then polish the tile with a clean, dry cloth.

NOTE
CC TILE GROUT must be filled within 24hrs of fixing the tiles.
Shelf Life

12 months if stored in manufacturer’s sealed packs in a cool and dry place away from moisture and heat.
Advantages

CC tile grout does not allow moisture/ water to seep into the back of the file and cause its dislocation. It firmly holds the tiles together to give a long life to the floor tiles. It is available in 16 pleasing colours to match the colours of tile. (Ask for shade card). It is recommended for filling joints up to 6mm width. High compressive, tensils & flexural strengths ensure carefree joints up to the life of the tile. It is waterproof and does not peel of or crack. It is Non-dusting. It is easy to use and clean.

    Butyl tape uses butyl rubber and poly isobutylene as main raw materials and reconciles, squeezes into steps, covered with isolation paper. And coil it into roll shape. Through these steps, butyl tape is finished. Butyl sealant tape contains two types, one is single sided butyl tape, and the other is tape contains two types, one is single sided butyl tape, and the other is double sided butyl tape.
