Product Description

It is polymer based on styrene butadiene rubber, specially formulated for use with cement formulations.
Usage

For structural rehabilitations.
For waterproofing treatment.
For floor, screeds & topping.
For concrete repairs.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
for structural repairs and rehabilitation of concrete structures.
Reach the sound concrete and clean reinforcements with wire brush to remove loose scales.
Clean with jet of water to remove loose particles, dust etc.,
Apply passivator coat: 1 part cement: 1 part CC SBR latex, coat on cleaned reinforcement and allow it to dry for 2-3 hours.
Dosage / Coverage/Yield

Coverage : 7 to 8m² of reinforcement area per litre of CC SBR latex.
Apply BOND COAT – 1 Part cement 1 part CC SBR latex on entire surface that is to
receive subsequent CC SBR latex modified mortar.
Coverage : 2 to 3m² per litre of CC SBR latex.
Prepare polymer modified mortar : Cement 50 kg, 125kg zone II sand, 1- litre CC
SBR LATEX, Water 5 to 7 litre. Apply this by hand pressing over tacky bond coat.
Yield is 0.1m3 Above mix cover 10m3 area at 10mm thickness.
Shelf Life

24 months if stored in manufacturer’s sealed packs in a cool and dry place away from moisture and heat. Agitate before use after prolonged storage.
