Curing Compounds

A range of Protective Coatings which are specifically designed to provide vital protection to external and internal surfaces against weather and environmental pollutants thus enhancing long term performance and durability.

Acrylic Polymer based Concrete Curing Compound, Chemical mould Releasing Agent, Concentrated and emulsified chemical mould release agent, Rust Remover, Cleaning and etching agent for steel surfaces, Solvent free, epoxy resin based coating for potable water retaining structures.

Designed to provide vital protection to external and internal surfaces against weather and environmental pollutants thus enhancing long term performance and durability.

Concrete remover, cleaning and etching agent, the removal of mortar and plaster runs, droppings and dry stains from brickwork and concrete surfaces. Also for removal of hardened concrete from tools, machinery and equipment, or rust and mill scale from steelwork.
Suitable for etching of concrete floors and surfaces prior to application of surface coatings.

Wax Based Concrete Curing Compound for spraying on freshly cast concrete, or newly exposed concrete surfaces after removal of form work, to form a temporary membrane which will retain sufficient moisture for effective curing to take place. Used for concreting large areas of concrete such as pavements, runways and bridge decks; also for vertical or sloping surfaces as on towers, chimneys, canal linings, columns and beams, where water curing is difficult or unreliable.

    WATER BASED CONCRETE COMPOUND

The CC cure wb water based concrete curing compounds are liquid membrane type
materials, available in several grades for specific purposes, as detailed above. All
grades are basically composed of low viscosity wax emulsion, which incorporate a
special alkali reactive emulsion braking system.
